For as long as I can remember, I’ve embraced challenges - challenges that most people believe un-attainable. As an amateur athlete, I’ve pushed my physical and mental limits to complete Ironman triathlons, marathons, conquer gruelling cycling and swimming endurance events, pushed through the preverbal “wall” and proved we can achieve remarkable goals.
As a business professional, I thrived in one of the world’s top 5 most high-pressure industries, leading live events with global brands and organisations to create extraordinary experiences across the world to hundreds of thousands of people.
Yet, despite my determination, drive, and grit, in 2018 I hit “the wall”—a moment when the relentless pursuit of success left me physically and mentally broken, unable to even get out of bed and my life as I knew it turned upside down.

Hitting the Wall is my story of overcoming that moment. It’s about discovering the power of the human mind and body, listening and understanding the warning signs and triggers, and rebuilding not just a career but an entire life. I’ll take you on a journey through my own highs and lows—from the thrill of personal and professional triumphs, to the lessons I learned in the depths of my own adversity, losing what I thought was important in my life and everything I had worked for, to building a more fulfilling and rewarding life - professionally and personally.
