This two-part team-building workshop starts with an interactive session about balancing life and work for maximum performance (and sanity). We uncover the challenges your team faces in the workplace and develop strategies and plans on how to improve their wellbeing both individually and as a team.
Then, we get out of the boardroom and into the fresh air. Choose a team run, walk or a group fitness class/activity to feel those endorphins kick in! It’s about practising what you preach, shaking up your environment, and working together to create a healthier, more energetic workplace.
Brad holds a Diploma in Fitness and Personal Training qualification, and as an accredited Triathlon Coach.
